Well, here is a the 1st.  The HIA holds yearly competitions to merit prizes for the best residence addition.

They have additional classifications as well, nonetheless this video really caught my eye and is worthy of sharing.

I just saw this house while I do some searching for luxury houses. It really does look luxurious and you will feel the calm and the beauty of the surrounding with this waterfront house.
